I'm building my first gaming PC and I'm leaning towards Intel because I find them more reliable than AMD, not that I dislike AMD. However, I've heard a lot about potential long-term issues with chip degradation. I want to know if I should go ahead with the Intel i5-14600KF or if I should consider other options. If you're primarily gaming, you might want to consider an AMD CPU instead. They tend to have better performance for gaming overall right now.
But I'm also looking at getting a high-end AMD GPU, so maybe that balances it out?
