I recently downloaded a game called Squad from an unofficial site, and Windows Defender flagged a DLL file as malicious. After uploading it to VirusTotal, it showed 35 detections, which makes me really worried. The file is currently in quarantine, but I'm unsure whether I should trust it or not. Is there anyone with more expertise who could give me a second opinion on this?

From what I see, it’s still flagged as malicious. With 35 detections from well-known security vendors, it doesn't look like a false positive. I'd steer clear of it.
It's pretty common for cracked games to raise alarms. Honestly, I wouldn't trust this file. Just delete it and invest in a legit copy of the game instead.
You can't be too careful nowadays. Even if a file isn't confirmed as malware, if it has that many hits, it's best not to take the risk. Just avoid it.
I’m no expert, but looking at VirusTotal, it’s showing some generic detections, which worries me. It doesn't indicate a specific strain of malware, but the behaviors are concerning. I personally wouldn’t run this crack unless I could verify its source.
