I suggest you think about moving to AM5 first. All new systems are shifting in that direction. Saving up for a complete rebuild might be wise. I transitioned from an AM4 with a 3060 Ti to an AM5 with a 5070 Ti, and it's been great!
If you're gaming at 1080p, the 5600G could limit your FPS a bit. Upgrading to a 5600X would significantly boost performance. Try to make sure your GPU runs close to 100% load for the best experience.
