I recently upgraded to an RX 6900 XT, but I'm not seeing much of a performance boost compared to my old RTX 3070. I currently have a Ryzen 5 5700X. Could my CPU be the bottleneck causing this lack of improvement? Should I consider upgrading my CPU?

I'm seeing lower than expected FPS in games like Siege. I’m matching or sometimes even getting lower FPS than a friend who uses a B580 and a 5600X. Is my RAM speed at 2133MHz affecting this?
