I'm currently using an RX9060XT 16GB and an Intel 10400F setup with 16GB of DDR4 RAM on an H410 motherboard, alongside three HDDs, two NVMe drives, and an old SSD in a Silver Stone case. My PSU is a Seasonic Core GX650W, and it's about 6-7 years old. I'm curious if I can keep using it for another year or two or if it needs to be replaced right away.
Also, I'm considering an upgrade for my CPU and motherboard. I have two options in mind: one is an Intel 13400 paired with a B760 Asus full ATX motherboard and 32GB of DDR5 RAM, and the other is an AMD 7800X3D with an MSI B650 full ATX motherboard and 16GB of DDR5 RAM. The Intel setup is less expensive, but which upgrade is the better choice? Keep in mind that I'm not in the US or EU, and due to taxes, I can only buy locally where the options are limited and potentially more expensive.

If you want a cost-effective solution, sticking with DDR4 and going for an AM4 setup could be a reasonable path. You might save some money, but just be aware that you might miss out on some performance with the older tech. What do you think? Would that compromise your performance requirements?
Going with the AMD 7800X3D would typically give you a performance edge, but keep in mind the RX9060XT might not fully utilize that CPU's potential. If you're looking for cheaper alternatives, the Intel 13400 is not very special; it's actually quite similar to the 12600K, which might be found at a better price.
You could also think about the AMD 7500F or 7600X, which could allow for future upgrades on the AM5 platform and save you some cash for more RAM. Local pricing might limit your options, so choose wisely!
If you’re only upgrading the CPU and sticking with your current PSU, I say you might be fine for a little longer. However, if you decide to go for a more power-hungry CPU, consider looking for a newer PSU sooner rather than later. It's always better to be safe with your power supply! As for the CPU upgrade, it really depends on what games you play and the settings you prefer.
Also, why are those the only options? Could there be alternatives that you might not have considered?
