I recently upgraded my PC with nearly all new parts, and I'm pondering whether it's worth replacing the front fans that came with my Corsair Crystal 460X, which I've had since 2017. The current fans aren't making any odd noises, but I'm curious if newer models might offer better cooling and quieter operation. Would upgrading these fans enhance airflow considerably, or should I just stick with the ones I have until they wear out?

You might not need to replace the fans outright, but adding more fans to your setup could certainly help with airflow, especially if they are strategically placed!
If you have three front fans already, I wouldn't bother replacing them. Instead, try repositioning one as an exhaust fan on the top. The design of the front panel doesn't really support great airflow improvement from just swapping the fans.
Honestly, I don't think replacing the front fans will do much for your setup. The airflow on the 460X is limited due to its panel design, so upgrading to better fans likely won’t improve it significantly. If you want to boost airflow, consider investing in a new case like the Montech Air 903 or the Corsair 4000D RS instead!
That makes sense. If I were to take off the glass front panel and just keep the dust filter, do you think that would help airflow?
