I've been working at my current job for over five years and have developed a ton of scripts, ranging from simple ones to complex C#/.NET applications integrated with PowerShell. I'm looking to showcase my coding and automation skills on my resume, but I'm unsure about what to include and how to present it. Is it a good idea to sanitize my company scripts and upload them to GitHub? For example, I've fully automated our onboarding and offboarding processes, which includes everything from HR form submissions to account modifications. What are your thoughts?

It's worth considering, but first, check your company's policies on intellectual property. Even sanitized scripts could be problematic if they're seen as company-owned. Instead, you could write about the skills and impact in your resume and mention your projects in interviews without directly showing the scripts.
Absolutely, just be cautious! I have scripts on my GitHub, but they were made on my initiative and not as part of a formal contract.
