Strange Internet Issues on My Debian 12 Laptop with Realtek Wi-Fi

Hey everyone! I'm dealing with some frustrating internet problems on my Debian 12 laptop that uses a Realtek RTL8822CE Wi-Fi adapter. It's strange because other devices connected to the same network are working fine. Here's what's happening:

    - GitHub repositories sometimes load but then show errors, making them inaccessible, and search functionality fails.
    - YouTube says I'm offline during searches, and it only works after reloading the page.
    - Reddit's search only functions after a reload, and when I try to post, I see a weird Keanu Reeves meme along with some nonsensical text in the post creation header.

Here are a few more details:
    - The issue occurs whether I'm on guest Wi-Fi, a hotspot, standard Wi-Fi, or even a wired Ethernet connection.
    - I've set my DNS manually to Google (8.8.8.8) and Cloudflare (1.1.1.1).
    - IPv6 is on in some areas like no prefix route, but off in others, including the kernel settings.
    - My time zone has been randomly shifting by one hour when changing networks, though it hasn't happened in the past 30 minutes.
    - Ping tests are showing around 7% packet loss, but this is isolated to this laptop.
    - I'm running kernel version 6.1.0-37-amd64.
    - I've been testing with Firefox ESR, but Chrome won't load at all (I suspect I'm running low on RAM).

This issue just sprung up about 2 hours ago. Has anyone experienced something similar or know what could be causing it? Any advice would be really helpful!
