Strange Internet Problems on My Debian 12 Laptop with Realtek RTL8822CE

Hey everyone, I'm dealing with some frustrating internet issues on my Debian 12 laptop that's using a Realtek RTL8822CE Wi-Fi adapter. It's really weird because all my other devices on the same network are working perfectly fine. Here's what's happening:

- When I try to access GitHub, it loads initially but then fails with an error, making it inaccessible. Searching doesn't work either.
- On YouTube, it insists I'm offline whenever I try to search, but it only starts working after I refresh the page.
- Reddit's search feature is similarly stubborn; I have to reload for it to respond, and when I try to post, there's this bizarre screen with a Keanu Reeves meme as part of the header.

It's not just one specific type of connection either. These issues occur on guest Wi-Fi, personal hotspots, regular Wi-Fi, and even when I'm connected via Ethernet.

I've set my DNS manually to Google (8.8.8.8) and Cloudflare (1.1.1.1), and I have IPv6 enabled in some configurations but disabled in others. I've also noticed that my time zone sometimes shifts randomly by an hour when switching networks, although it hasn't happened recently.

Running ping tests show about 7% packet loss, but it's only on this specific machine. I'm using kernel version 6.1.0-37-amd64 and have tested it on Firefox ESR (I also have Chrome installed, but it's not loading — probably because I'm using too much RAM). This all started about 2 hours ago, and I'm really hoping someone here has some insight or tips on what could be going wrong!

Have you tried switching to kernel version 6.15? Some users have reported that it resolved similar issues for them. Just curious if that might help you out!

Sorry, 6.15 of what? Are you talking about the kernel version or something else?
