I've been dealing with a serious issue with my computer lately. It started while I was playing Assetto Corsa—I got a blue screen of death with the error 'MEMORY_MANAGEMENT', then a couple more with 'CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED' and 'STORE DATA STRUCTURE CORRUPTION'. After a string of these bluescreens, my PC launched into 'automatic repair,' but it failed. After logging in, I was met with a frustrating message saying my sign-in option was disabled due to failed attempts. I've tried safe mode and even the command prompt, but it keeps asking for passwords that don't seem to work, and everything is a mess. The worst part is that my USB stick with the Windows ISO is over an hour away at my parents' house, and I can't make one here. I'm looking for any suggestions for fixes before I make that trip!

Honestly, it seems like your Windows is just acting up rather than being fully bricked. It's a bummer that you can't create a bootable USB, but that's definitely the easiest fix. Hang in there!
It sounds like your best option right now is to see if you can access any dump files from the blue screens. If you can get into regular Windows or Safe Mode, check the C:WindowsMinidump directory. If you find any dump files, zip them up and upload them to a file sharing site like Catbox or Mediafire. We really need those crash logs to figure out what's going on. If you're not able to find any dump files, you might need to wait until you can reinstall Windows properly. Just make sure you follow the guide on setting it to Small Memory Dump if you can manage it! Good luck!
Just to clarify, if your computer really is bricked—meaning it doesn’t respond at all to the power button—you won’t be able to fix it until you get that Windows installer. However, if you can turn it on, try spamming F2 to access the Windows Recovery Environment. You could do a full reinstall that way, but if your storage device is having issues, that might be a problem too. If you can't access your USB stick, it looks like waiting a week is your best bet. Sorry to hear about the struggles—it can be frustrating!
Thanks for the clarity! I guess I still have some hope if I can get to WRE, but I've been locked out with those password issues. I appreciate the advice, and waiting for the USB might be the only option!
Right? It feels like my laptop is totally useless at this point, but I just want to fix it before I consider it bricked for good.
