Struggling with a Missing Transaction at Apple Store in Pune

I'm having a real issue with a purchase I made at the Apple Store in Koregaon Park, Pune. On November 3, 2025, I tried to buy an iPhone 17 Pro for ₹50,000 with my HDFC Bank debit card around 8:53 PM. Even though my bank showed that the money was taken out, the Apple Store said the transaction didn't go through and didn't give me a receipt. My bank needs a "Transaction Non-Capture / Non-Receipt Confirmation Letter" from Apple to process my refund, but I've emailed the store several times with no response. I even called Apple India support, but they only deal with online orders, leaving me without my money and no way to get Apple Retail to contact me. If anyone has experience with a similar payment issue at an Apple Store in India, I'd really appreciate your advice on how to resolve this or if there's a way to escalate the matter further.

If this were any other store, you would have likely just returned to address it directly. It might feel pointless, but going back and being persistent with them could yield better results, especially if they can't find your transaction as they claim. Don't hesitate to request to speak to someone higher up!

I know it's tough, but sometimes insisting can work. Try going back to talk to someone in charge. They should be able to look up transactions. And also, keep in mind that it might take a bit longer than just a few days for the refund to show up on your card.

It sounds super frustrating! When you tried to pay, did the register show any errors? Usually, if the payment shows declined but your bank says otherwise, that’s a sign it's a system glitch. Definitely go back to the store and ask for a manager; they might have better ways to track down your payment.
