I'm currently dealing with a tricky situation at work where I manage our company email hosted at Network Solutions, but our DNS is handled elsewhere. I'm trying to set up DKIM to align with our company domain. While the emails have valid DKIM signatures from Vade/OX, they fail DMARC checks because the signatures are not aligned with our domain. Has anyone successfully configured DKIM for their own domain using Network Solutions Professional Mail?

It seems that Network Solutions doesn't allow DKIM key management for their hosted email services. The current DKIM from Vade/OX is signed with their domain, which is why you're seeing the DMARC alignment issues. You should contact their support and ask if they provide any options for using custom domain DKIM signing. If not, you may need to either move your mailboxes to a provider that gives you DKIM control or set up a smart host relay for outbound mail, so it can exit through an infrastructure where you manage your own DKIM keys in DNS.
If you didn’t check these tools out yet, they might help you diagnose things:
1. Acid Tool (shows DNS info)
2. MX Toolbox
These tools can give you a clearer picture of your DKIM setup and help troubleshooting any issues.
Are they not providing DKIM selectors for your DNS? That's odd. I got different combinations of selectors and keys from support, but none worked. They eventually told me it can't be done, claiming that they're adding DKIM automatically, which clearly isn't aligned with your domain.
I haven’t worked with them before, but DKIM setup on the DNS side should be simple. It's usually a TXT or CNAME record containing your DKIM key string. The email server part should be managed by your provider. In many cases, it’s just a matter of enabling it and adding the correct DNS record.
