Suggestions for Quiet PC Fans on a Budget?

I've been using Arctic P12 fans for my PC for a while now. While they're affordable and perform well, there's a constant humming noise that drives me crazy. Even when running at just 1100 RPM, they still create this noise, which has become quite bothersome lately. I considered upgrading to the P12 Pro, but some reviews suggest they have a similar issue. I'm in search of new fans, but I'm shocked by the prices—most decent options seem to be around 40€ each! I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed by the choices too. I'm looking for 4x120mm fans and 2x140mm fans for my setup, which includes a 9070XT and an R5 7600. Any recommendations would be appreciated!

You might want to check out the Thermalright Phantom fans. They've been well-received, but double-check their specs to see if they fit your needs!

Isn't that one mainly a CPU cooler, though?

The Arctic P12s are solid, but they come in basic black or white. If you're looking for something with RGB, there are 5-pack options. I just got a Thermalright TL-UB36 360mm fan frame, and it's pretty quiet. I also adjusted the fan curve in BIOS, which helps a lot with noise levels!

I already have the P12s, so I'm hoping to find something quieter to replace them.

Consider the Thermaltake ToughFan 12 Pro! They're pretty good quality. Have you tried them yet?

Yeah, I've heard decent things—do you have firsthand experience with them?
