What method are you currently using to take notes? Personally, I love using flashcards, especially with Anki. It really helps me to keep my notes concise. Some folks prefer making mind maps to map out the bigger concepts.
I tend to watch the entire video course first, then go back through it. I pause frequently to jot down key points, and so far, I've compiled around 20 pages of notes from just two domains!
