Hey everyone! I bought a prebuilt gaming PC from Cyberpower about 4 years ago and I'm ready to start upgrading it. Here are my current specs:
- CPU: AMD RYZEN 5 5600G
- RAM: 32GB
- GPU: RTX GeForce 3060
- Storage: 1TB HDD / 2TB SSD WDBlackSN7100
- Monitor: 27" Sceptre, 1080p at 240Hz
I'm thinking about upgrading to a 4070 (if I can find one!) or possibly a 5070, but I know I'll need to upgrade my PSU for that. I'm also planning to get a 1440p monitor in the next couple of months. I'm pretty new to this whole process and would appreciate any advice on what I should do or avoid. Thanks!

Before upgrading, consider your main goals. Are you looking for improved performance in specific games, or just itching to spend some cash? Remember, PC upgrades can add up quickly! Personally, I've kept my trusty 1080Ti and still get solid 75fps in my games, though I have to dial back some graphics settings for newer titles.

My aim is to enjoy 1440p gaming and have smoother experiences on games like BF6, IL-2, and MSFS. Sometimes it feels like I'm loading slower than my friends, and that's frustrating!
