After installing Linux Mint, my PC keeps booting to a black screen right after the logo. Here's what's happening during the boot process:
1. A black screen for about 2 seconds.
2. The Mint logo appears for around 10 seconds.
3. Another black screen for about 2 seconds.
4. No signal displays on the monitor.
5. Finally, just a blank screen.
There's no GRUB menu showing up at all, and my GPU is an Nvidia GT 730. Anyone know how to fix this?

You might want to try connecting your monitor via different ports. I had the same issue before when switching to a DisplayPort monitor; I had to disable CSM in my BIOS to see GRUB. It could be worth checking if that's the issue for you too.
When you first see that black screen, try pressing ESC or Left Shift to bring up the GRUB menu. From there, you can edit the boot options to include "nomodeset" which might help you boot in a basic graphics mode. This way, you can then use the Device Manager to install the correct drivers for your GPU. Good luck!
If "nomodeset" doesn't work, try adding `module_blacklist=nvidia` instead. Your GPU is pretty old, and it might be incompatible with the newer Nvidia drivers. That could resolve the problem.

I've tried smashing Shift, ESC, and everything else but no luck yet! Gonna give it another shot.
