I've been having some issues with my computer's BIOS and Windows 11. Sometimes when I turn on my PC, it shows this error message and won't boot properly, although it usually works fine. I've gathered some details about what happens.
I have my PC connected to two TVs and one monitor. When I turn it on, both TVs often display a static image like they're not receiving a proper signal, but the monitor eventually shows the screen asking for my Windows login. On some occasions, however, it takes me to the BIOS instead, and when I attempt to exit, it tells me I haven't made any changes.
I tried to reset the computer by holding the power button multiple times, and after fiddling with the power supply switch, it finally started working fine again. I'm not sure what caused this problem, and I'd love to hear any advice on how to prevent it from happening in the future. Here are my specs:
- Ryzen 7 9800X3D
- ASUS X870R-E Motherboard
- G.SKILL Trident Z5 Neo RGB Series DDR5 RAM (AMD Expo) 64GB
- ASUS ROG 3090

It sounds like your BIOS settings might be unstable. Try checking for any updates for your motherboard's BIOS. A lot of issues can come from incorrect settings, especially if you have XMP/DOCP enabled. Disabling those can help with stability.

If it booted fine afterward, does that indicate an easy fix or something more serious?
