Trouble with BIOS Settings after Resetting Defaults

I need some guidance here! I was facing issues with my CPU, as CPU-Z showed only 2 cores instead of the expected 6 for my Ryzen 5 3600XT. In an attempt to fix this, I loaded the "Optimized Defaults" in my BIOS, but now I can't boot into Windows at all. I'm feeling pretty lost. Here are my specs: Ryzen 5 3600XT, B550M Aorus Pro motherboard, and a GeForce RTX 2060. Any advice would be appreciated!

If you're having trouble getting Windows to load, look into the boot order in your BIOS. Make sure your SSD or HDD where Windows is installed is prioritized at the top. Sometimes that default reset can mess with the boot priorities.

It sounds like resetting to defaults may have changed some security or boot settings that are preventing Windows from starting up. You might want to double-check the Secure Boot and UEFI settings in your BIOS. Experimenting with those could help get your system running again.

Also, after resetting the BIOS, it's worth checking if your CPU is recognized properly again. You might want to make sure that the settings related to CPU architecture (like CSM) are configured correctly too. That could make a difference.
