I recently built a new PC with an MSI B650M Gaming Plus Wifi motherboard, a Ryzen 7 9700X processor, 32GB of Crucial Pro DDR5 RAM (2x16GB), and a 750W power supply. However, I'm facing an issue where the system won't turn on. The EZ Debug lights on the motherboard indicate that the CPU and RAM lights are on, but there's no display on the screen. I've already reseated the CPU and both RAM sticks, and I've tried using both the onboard graphics and a 6700XT graphics card. Can anyone suggest how I can troubleshoot this issue further?

Have you checked your monitor? It's easy to overlook, but make sure the cables are working and that the screen itself isn't having issues.
Here are a few things you can try: start by using just one RAM stick in the first slot. Also, make sure you're connecting your display using HDMI or DisplayPort on the GPU, not the motherboard. Reseat your graphics card and consider resetting the BIOS by removing the CMOS battery for a bit. Updating the BIOS might also help. I once had a similar issue where the RAM was inserted incorrectly, and it surprised me when I realized it wasn't broken after multiple reseats!
Sometimes, just waiting a bit can help! MSI motherboards might take a little longer than expected to boot up for the first time, so it wouldn't hurt to give it some time.

I've tried all those steps already! Each RAM stick works on all four slots, but the EZ Debug keeps the RAM light lit up.
