Troubleshooting the White VGA Light on My Motherboard

I recently moved my PC into a new case, and now I'm facing a frustrating issue. On startup, the white VGA LED on my motherboard is lighting up, which is a bad sign. To troubleshoot, I took it to a friend's place where I swapped out the GPU with a known working one, as well as the power supply, but that didn't solve the problem. I even purchased a brand-new motherboard, yet the issue persists. The only components I haven't swapped are the RAM and CPU, mainly because I don't have replacements available. At this point, I'm out of ideas. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Here are my specs:

- AMD Ryzen 9 7900X
- ASUS TUF Gaming X670-Plus WiFi
- NVIDIA 5070
- Corsair RM850x
- G.Skill Flare X5 DDR5 6000MHz CL36
- Samsung 970 Evo M.2

Have you checked if your monitor is plugged into the GPU? Sometimes it's the simplest things that cause the problem. If you’ve already done that, let’s move on to the next theory.

Yep, I’ve tried that, but I still get no display.

Considering you have the Ryzen 9 7900X, you could try using the integrated graphics if you remove the GPU. Have you done that yet?

I thought about it too, but when I tried connecting directly to the motherboard, nothing happened. Could it be that the CPU has failed?
