Hey everyone! I'm looking for some clarity on a few things regarding our planned upgrade. We're currently on Azure Local version 22H2 with a Dell AX-740XD and have recently been approved to upgrade to 23H2. However, I noticed in the release notes that 23H2 2509 will expire on October 31. I'm reading a bit about "trains" but I'm not exactly sure what that entails. I understand we're doing a feature upgrade to 23H2 soon, but I'm curious—will we need to upgrade again to 24H2? Does this mean Dell will have support for 24H2, or is this the end of support for our servers? Any insights would be appreciated!

Moving from 22H2 to 23H2 involves some breaking changes, so you'll have to do a feature update to get your cluster up to 23H2. After that, you can use the Azure Update Manager to handle new solution updates. Trust me, it's simpler than that 22H2 upgrade, which was a real hassle!
Thanks for the tips! I'm really hoping this upgrade makes managing our cluster easier since the last update was such a pain.
