Upgraded CPU and RAM, but no display—what’s wrong?

I recently upgraded my setup with a new 9800x3d processor and some improved RAM. After making these changes, I noticed red and yellow lights on my motherboard, and my display wouldn't turn on. I thought it might be a BIOS issue, so I reverted back to my old CPU and used a USB to update the BIOS. However, even after that, I'm still facing the same issue, with the lights disappearing a few seconds after booting. I'm really confused and stressed out about this since I invested a lot in this PC. Any ideas on what could be wrong?

Have you tried booting with just one stick of RAM in different slots? Also, double-check that the CPU power cable is securely connected. It could be a power issue.

Yeah, I've booted with one RAM stick in multiple times, but I'm still stuck. It worked fine with my old CPU, so I'm really puzzled.

First, can you confirm what motherboard you’re using? Sometimes compatibility issues can lead to these display problems.

I'm using the MSI PRO X670-P WIFI ATX.
