Hey everyone! I'm in the middle of upgrading my computer and could really use some input. I recently got a B450M-A PRO MAX II motherboard and I have a Ryzen 5 5000 CPU. I'm considering upgrading to a Ryzen 7 5700G—will that be a problem? Additionally, I'm looking for a good graphics card. I found a Sapphire Pulse RX 5700 XT 8GB at a decent price. Will my current 550W power supply handle that? I'm feeling pretty anxious about all of this and it's been tough to sleep with all this weighing on my mind.

So, it sounds like your Ryzen 5 5000 is already quite capable, especially if you're gaming. Upgrading to the 5700G might not give you the boost you're hoping for since it's one of the slower Ryzen 5000 models for gaming with a dedicated GPU. I'd suggest sticking with what you have unless you really need the integrated graphics for some reason.
Yeah, I just got the Ryzen 5 and the motherboard, but I'm hoping to improve my FPS in League of Legends since I used to hit 420 FPS on my old setup. Is the 5700G really that much slower?
