Upgrading RAM from 16GB to 32GB: Need Some Advice

I currently have an Intel i5-12600K running on a B760 Tomahawk motherboard with 16GB of RAM. I'm considering upgrading to 32GB and I'm looking at DDR5 RAM with a speed of 6000MHz, specifically between 30CL and 36CL. I want to ensure that this setup will be stable. Just to give you a bit more info, I also have an RTX 4070 Super and a 750W PSU. The MSI website mentions that my motherboard can support RAM speeds up to 7000MHz, but I'm primarily concerned if my CPU can handle the 6000MHz speed. Any insights would be appreciated!

Are you planning to add another 16GB stick or replacing your existing ones? Just checking to see what kind of upgrade you're doing!

I'm actually replacing my current 2x8GB sticks with 2x16GB sticks. Just looking to boost my overall RAM!
