Hey everyone! I'm desperate for some advice. A little over a month ago, I got a notice that my Apple account is going to be terminated soon, and it looks like it's actually happening under Article 3.2.f. The issue is, I have $15,000 in there, which is my income from my apps and articles. This money is crucial for covering my father's medical treatments.
I've been trying to figure out how to withdraw my money or appeal this decision, but all I've gotten from Apple support are automated responses and no real help. Someone mentioned that it might be possible to recover the funds before the termination goes through, but I have no idea how that would work.
If anyone has been through something similar or knows how I can escalate this with Apple—whether it's legal, financial, or developer relations—I would greatly appreciate any guidance. This goes beyond just my account; it's about my dad's health. Thank you so much!

Just to clarify, OP is working with a developer account, so the income comes from app sales and subscriptions. The termination notice refers to some serious violations related to developer agreements, like interfering with their services. It sounds pretty tough, but they could provide options if you reach the right department. Try contacting Apple’s developer relations directly; they might have more power to assist you than regular support.
Do you have a bank account linked for payments? If you're still able to access the account, check the Payments and Financial Reports section. Make sure you’ve set everything up according to the guidelines from Apple about receiving payments. It’s really important to have that in place, especially with your situation. Here's a link that might help you out: [overview on receiving payments](https://developer.apple.com/help/app-store-connect/getting-paid/overview-of-receiving-payments/).

I did set everything up, but then Apple just stopped my payments and won’t release any funds.
