Hi everyone! I recently submitted a request for AWS SES production access (Case ID: 175247858500923). I've provided all the required information, but my request is still showing as "Pending customer action." Everything is set up correctly on my end, including SNS and compliance measures for CAN-SPAM and GDPR. I'm concerned that the delay is affecting our transactional emails. Have any of you experienced this? Any advice on getting a faster response from AWS would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I've been in a similar situation where it took several days to get approval. Just keep checking your email for updates.
That sounds frustrating! Unfortunately, I've run into delays before too. Just be patient, but it might help to escalate through chat if you haven't already.
