Hey everyone, I've been dealing with a strange glitch in Windows 11 (version 23H2). Every time I right-click, the context menu alternates between the default options and the 'Show More Options' menu instead of staying consistent. Does anyone know what might be causing this?

Sounds like a quirky issue! You might want to check out this tutorial I found to disable the 'Show More Options' context menu so you can always see the full list of options. It might help keep things consistent for you.
After switching back to my usual mouse, the problem went away suddenly! It's worth keeping an eye on, just in case it pops back up.
Have you tried using a different mouse? Sometimes hardware can cause weird behaviors like that. I had a similar problem, but when I switched to an older mouse, the right-click worked fine.
