I currently use AWS Fargate at my job, and while it's super convenient, I've been frustrated with containers shutting down overnight to save costs. This has been causing headaches for me as a developer. I'm looking for alternatives that are not only non-AWS but also cheaper, ideally services that can keep my containers running 24/7 without breaking the bank. Does anyone know if OVH or Hetzner offer such options? Or are there any other platforms, excluding Azure and Google Cloud, that you recommend?

Have you thought about using EC2 with Docker Compose? It offers more flexibility in deployment. However, the orchestration of pulling updated images and restarting containers might require a bit more setup on your part.
DigitalOcean remains my go-to for budget-friendly container deployments. It's fairly inexpensive and user-friendly!
There are plenty of alternatives! You could even refactor your setup to use Cloudflare Workers, or if you're feeling adventurous, run the containers on your laptop (just remember to keep it plugged in). I've jokingly thought about hacking my neighbor's WiFi and running containers on their TV, but you get the idea! There are tons of creative ways to keep things running.
You might also consider setting up an ECS cluster with managed instances on EC2. Just make sure to investigate the logs to figure out why your containers are shutting down in the first place.
