I'm part of a company with around 500 employees and a small IT team. We've tried using Jira Service Management but found it too burdensome. FreshService had some solid features, but it felt overcomplicated for our needs. I'm looking for a ticketing tool that can be set up fast, offers good automation, provides integration with Slack or M365, and doesn't require me to manage a full IT service management framework. Any recommendations?

You might want to consider Ravenna.ai as well. It's worth testing out to see if it fits your needs.
I've heard good things about harmony.io. It could be a solid choice for what you’re looking for!
If FreshService seems complicated, you might want to check out Zammad. That said, it’s essential to have your processes figured out beforehand. Otherwise, anything can take ages to implement.
If you're open to plugins, Ol' reliable GLPI might be a good option. Just keep in mind you'll need some additional setups for certain features.
Have you looked at Siit? It's much lighter than the typical ITSM options and has automation features. We managed to set it up in just a day without needing to overhaul our entire process.
