I'm part of a small IT team with just two people, and we were recommended Delinea Secret Server for managing our privileged account information like server and admin credentials. However, the smallest package they offer requires 15 IT staff and 75 end-users, which is way too much for us. I've heard mixed reviews about Delinea as well. We're looking for a cloud-hosted solution that won't break the bank but can still effectively manage privileged account info. We're not interested in end-user credential management. What options would you recommend for a small team like ours?

Honestly, avoid Delinea. Whenever I've reached out to them, they just push you towards paid professional services, which can be super expensive. A huge turn-off!
I've had a good experience with Devolutions Password Server. It's reasonably priced and provides additional features like Privileged Access Management if you ever want more than simple credential storage.
Combining that with Remote Desktop Manager sounds useful! I like the idea of having everything in one place.
Have you considered using Bitwarden? It's only $4 per user per month and allows for self-hosting if you prefer that option. It's a solid choice for managing credentials.
I personally recommend Keeper. It's user-friendly and offers a good SSO setup. Plus, migrating from Secret Server to Keeper was much simpler than switching versions of Secret Server.
If you're okay with a self-hosted solution, Passwordstate could be a good fit. They even have a free version for up to 5 users!
Have you thought about using Password Safe? It's not cloud-based and it's free, so it might suit your needs if you're just after a basic password vault.

Doesn't this depend on your specific contract? I know some folks using their on-prem version and say they get support pretty quickly.
