I'm planning to build a few PCs for friends who mainly play easy-to-run games. I'm curious about which budget GPUs are the best choices on the market right now. I'm considering older models like the GTX 1080, but I know Nvidia has stopped support for the 10 series. I'm also not very familiar with the older AMD GPUs—are there any good options from them that I should keep in mind? Just so you know, they'll be gaming at 1080p and probably paired with Ryzen 5 3600 processors.

I’d recommend checking out used GTX 1080s. They still run great for 1080p and you can often find them at a decent price. Plus, they come with customizable RGB lighting which is a nice bonus!
One solid AMD option for you is the 5700 XT. It performs well and is usually around that price point. You could also look into the 6600 XT if you can find a good deal. Both are great for 1080p gaming!

Have you checked eBay for those? You can usually get some good deals there!
