I'm building a PC from scratch with a 9800x3d CPU and a 5070Ti GPU. I have a budget of $800 for the motherboard and $300 for RAM. My overall budget is $4000, and I already have all the peripherals sorted out. I'm looking for some suggestions on which motherboard and RAM would work great for this setup!

With your budget for the motherboard, you can pick any B850 model that looks good to you and has the ports you need. For RAM, try to grab a high-quality 6000MHz CL30 kit. You've got plenty to work with here!
