What are the best open-source alternatives for PC monitoring and control?

I've been using NZXT CAM because it was suggested with my motherboard, but I'm looking to switch to something better and more open-source. I need a program that can accurately monitor all my system components, control fans, and manage RGB lighting. It would be a bonus if it doesn't include much advertising like CAM does and if it doesn't require creating an account just to use it. Does anyone have good recommendations for software that fits this description?

You should check out HWiNFO for monitoring your system. For fan control, give FanControl a shot, and for RGB lighting, you can use OpenRGB. I haven't seen a single program that covers all three functionalities seamlessly, though. It's often a mix and match situation!

You might want to look into Aqua Suite as well, but keep in mind it's pretty niche. It can handle RGB plus some monitoring capabilities. Just be aware it's not as widely used as the others.

Just a heads-up, iCUE can manage all three if you have the right hardware, but it's not the best software out there. Definitely not user-friendly.
