Hey everyone! I'm working at a finance company with around 95 employees, and while we've generally done well on phishing tests from our vendor, I want to boost our security awareness training. Right now, all we have are the basic annual compliance checks and I know we can do better. We're in talks with NINJIO and were impressed by their demo, plus they offered a decent price for a three-year contract. However, their sales rep has been a bit too insistent for my liking. I'm looking for advice on other training alternatives or whether I should just go with NINJIO. I know KnowBe4 is popular, but I've heard their content can get old fast. Hoxhunt looks interesting but is pricier. I also tried Microsoft AST and thought it was okay, but to use it with our 365 Business licenses, we'd need to add Defender Plan 2 at $5 per user each month. Any thoughts? Thanks!

We've used NINJIO for a few years along with KnowBe4, but we're currently making the switch to Abnormal for our training. I'm curious about your experience with NINJIO though—what did you think of their content? I'm interested in why you’re considering Abnormal!
Honestly, if you're considering a three-year contract, be cautious. Vendors can be a bit tricky with those long commitments. Is there an option for month-to-month training instead? That way you can test it out before diving in!

I liked the demo from NINJIO, but I'm just trying to weigh my options here. Abnormal sounds promising; what do you enjoy about it?
