I'm planning on transitioning to Atera in the spring, but I'm curious to hear if anyone has feedback on this platform or if there are better options available. We still have some time to make changes, so I'm open to recommendations!

I've tried several platforms like Ninja, Automate, and Datto. NinjaOne stands out to me as the best all-in-one RMM solution. Setting it up is a breeze and scripting is simple too!

If you're looking for a free option, Action1 has a good tier. For something more robust, Endpoint Central offers way more features than other platforms, plus it's more affordable.

My IT team fully transitioned to Ninja for help desk ticketing, RMM, and remote access. It’s been one of our top investments! Definitely recommend it.

I've been using NinjaOne for years now. It's not flawless, but setting it up is quick and they consistently roll out new features. I'm a bit hesitant about moving from TeamViewer/Splashtop to their in-house remote access tool, but I'm confident it'll improve with feedback.

I recently switched to NinjaOne and have been really happy with it! It's easy to set up and just works well across the board.

I've heard great things about NinjaOne too. What's your favorite feature so far?
