Hey everyone! We're part of a small team focused on creating workflow and automation tools, and we want to dive deep into understanding the real pain points people face daily. If you could eliminate just one frustrating or repetitive aspect of your workflow, what would that be? We're really interested in hearing about: • What tasks feel the most painful or monotonous • How often these tasks occur (daily, weekly, or per project) • What you currently use to tackle these issues (manual work, scripts, spreadsheets, specific tools, etc.) • Why current tools or workflows don't fully address these challenges. We're not here to pitch anything—just gathering honest insights to learn where systems might fail and where people still rely on workarounds. Thanks so much in advance for sharing your thoughts!

Context switching really drives me up the wall. It feels like I'm never truly focused on one task before being pulled into another, and it really hampers my productivity!

Are you talking about mental context switching, or is it more about switching between different tools and environments?

A major pain point for me is work preparation—creating and refining tickets, only for someone else to just swoop in and do the actual work. It really feels like I’m doing all the prep for nothing!
