Just a heads-up, going this route could be super pricey compared to existing commercial products. It might cost you at least 100 times more! Unless you've got around $20,000 to spend, I’d recommend looking at what's already on the market rather than starting from scratch.
Honestly, I think this might not be the best route to take. What exactly are you planning to patent that will secure your intellectual property? There are already industry-leading image generators out there like Veo that might make this tough for you.
