I'm currently using a 7800 XT for gaming, but I've shifted my focus away from gaming and now primarily use Lightroom Classic for basic photo editing and storage of my large photo library. I'm looking to downgrade my GPU as I'm working from home and don't want any gaming distractions during business hours. I'm considering selling my 7800 XT, which is worth around £300, and I'd like to get approximately £200 back so my budget is about £50-75 for a new graphics card. Since I can't use integrated graphics, what would be a good option for my needs?

For your usage, I'd recommend looking at the GTX 1060 or 1650. They've got enough power for Lightroom without being too tempting for gaming, especially if you’re looking to keep your work life separate from gaming. Plus, you can find them pretty cheap these days!
If you're savvy with trading, you might look into a 3060 if you can find someone willing to trade plus cash. That could extend the life of your system since it's more future-proof, just know they're a bit more expensive than what you're aiming for.
Yeah, 3060s are still around £200 in my area. I think I might stick with something cheaper like the 1060 for now.
Don't overlook the RX 580; it's a low-cost option and performs decently for Lightroom, or go for the RX 6500 XT if you want something a bit faster for a little more. Both would be upgrades over the 1060 and keep you under budget.
The 1660 Super or 1660 Ti would fit your budget well too. They provide great value and should work fine for your Lightroom tasks without breaking the bank.

That's a solid point. I used to have a 1060 and it handled Lightroom pretty well, so I think going that route might be a good move.
