I recently got my hands on a 5070Ti, but I'm facing a problem with the power connection. The extension cable it came with isn't long enough to reach my PSU, and I'm not sure if I have the necessary cables on hand. I checked out Corsair since that's my PSU brand, but they only seem to offer 2x 8-pin cables instead of the 3x 8-pin I was expecting. Why is that the case for a current graphics card? Am I missing something here? I've come across a 2x 8-pin to 12V-2x6 power cable on their site, but I'm unsure if that's suitable for powering my MSI Gaming Trio. The cable link I found is [Corsair Cable](https://www.corsair.com/uk/en/p/pc-components-accessories/cp-8920423/elite-premium-individually-sleeved-2x-8-pin-to-pcie-12v-2x6-600w-cable-type-4-black-cp-8920423). There don't seem to be any reliable 3x 8-pin options on Amazon either, only some brands I'm not familiar with. I thought about Cablemod, but their shipping to the UK takes forever. Any advice?

You actually don't need a 3x 8-pin cable. The Corsair cable you linked is perfectly fine. It supports up to 600W, and the 5070Ti only draws about half of that, so you're good to go with what you found!
Using a direct PSU double 8-pin to 12vhpwr is a better option than any complicated multi 8-pin adapter. Just remember to always choose the more straightforward solution when it comes to power connections!
