I've noticed that my PC makes this crisp or static noise, but it only happens when I start a game and during the loading phase. I'm wondering what might be causing this noise. Could it be that I accidentally damaged a fan while cleaning?

If it's not a fan issue, you might want to check if you have a hard drive. Sometimes they can make a chirping sound, especially if they’re under load. Also, if it's a PWM problem, it might make a noise with changing loads instead of a steady hum.
I do have a hard drive too, but it hasn’t made any noise like this before. Do you think it could be involved? I'm pretty sure it’s not coming from the GPU or the fans.
Haha, I have the same issue with my PSU! Every time my PC is working hard, it buzzes or rattles. It could be related to the motherboard, who knows?
Do you only hear the noise while loading? It could potentially be coming from your UPS when it’s under load.
It does get louder when loading, but I also notice a low buzzing sound if I put my ear close to the PC. Here's a clip of the noise: https://imgur.com/a/vwtL1IC.
Sounds like you might be experiencing some coil whine, which is pretty common in gaming rigs when they get under heavy load.
It does sound like it might be a fan issue, but double-check your setup. If you've already checked the fans and they’re all working fine, it could be an electric sound from the motherboard instead.
I’ve checked the fans; the noise seems to be coming from the motherboard—it has this electric vibration sound.

I looked into it, but I think the noise is actually coming from the motherboard. It seems to quiet down when I max out the fans—the noise is more noticeable when I start up the PC and when I'm gaming.
