I'm looking to get some feedback on my PC build list since I'm already at the edge of my budget. Just to give you a heads up, I'm based in the UK. Also, I did mean to include the ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III Pro 77 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler instead of what I may have listed. I've already sorted out storage, so that's taken care of!

You might want to check that your PCPartPicker link is correct. It seemed off to me. You can generate a new one after editing your part list for an anonymous permalink. Also, have you thought about making a table instead? It might be easier to read!
I'd recommend downgrading the CPU to a 9600X unless you're playing games that are really CPU-intensive. With the money you save, you could invest in an NVMe M.2 Gen 4 SSD for storage. Also, 32GB of RAM should be plenty for gaming, and you won’t really need more unless you’re doing something like video editing. Try to go for RAM with CL30 or CL36 to save some cash too.
Here’s an alternate build I threw together: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/8GvRDj. It might fit your budget better!
Why are all the prices showing in dollars if you're based in the UK?
Do you really need 64GB of RAM? If not, there’s faster RAM at 6000mt/s CL30 that's usually cheaper too. Also, the motherboard seems a bit pricey for just a B650. You could save a bit on the power supply as well; the Montech Century 2 1050W might be better for your wallet, but make sure you check how many PCIe cables it has. Additionally, I noticed you don’t have an SSD listed. And since you’re in the UK, make sure you’re checking prices on the UK version of PCPartPicker!
A friend actually gave me their 64GB of RAM because they ended up ordering the wrong one.

I’m guessing it’s due to my VPN settings.
