I recently noticed that a red LED on my ROG Strix 3080 GPU lights up and then turns off when I power on my PC. It doesn't stay lit, and the PC runs fine even during stress tests. This happens right as I power the system, but otherwise, there are no issues. Is this behavior normal for all 30 series ASUS cards, or is it possibly a bug or a quirky feature?

You might want to check the manual. Sometimes that red LED indicates that your GPU cable adapter is detected, or it may signal that it’s not receiving enough power. But given that your GPU has three 8-pin PCIe power cables and runs fine under load, it should be okay.
That red light could actually be a fault indicator. It might turn on initially, but if the GPU connects properly with your system, it turns off. Keep in mind, there are multiple versions of the ROG Strix 3080, so details could differ based on the specific model you have.
