What is the ‘Photo Editor’ app I found in my Google Activity?

I was checking my Google activity and noticed an app referred to as 'Photo Editor' that was used, but when I tried to click on it, I received an error and couldn't find it. I consulted ChatGPT, but the answers were vague. The app's logo looks like a yellow flower, and I can't find it in my app list even after allowing system apps to be shown. Could this be some malware? Should I be concerned? I'm feeling a bit paranoid about it.

What kind of phone do you have, iPhone or Android? Have you checked your apps to see if 'Photo Editor' is listed? It could just be a bundled app that came with your Android version, often called 'bloatware.' You can disable it if you're concerned.

I have a Samsung A54 5G and I looked through the apps but only found the Samsung Photo Editor. I also did a reverse search and found some APK info, but I feel like there are other apps that were used.

It looks like that might be an older built-in photo editor from Android used for editing images on your lock screens and home screens. It's likely just a system feature, nothing to worry about!

Yeah, that makes sense! Just make sure to check your installed apps list to see if it's there. You can manage any permissions too!
