I'm new to building PCs and I need some guidance on selecting a liquid cooler. I'm planning to overclock my i7-9700K to 4.6 GHz, and I'd like to know what the minimum requirements for a liquid cooler would be. Any recommendations?

Honestly, you might not even need a liquid cooler for that CPU. It's not running hot enough to warrant it, and air coolers tend to be a lot more reliable. I’d recommend the Thermalright Phantom Spirit air cooler. It’s cheaper and will easily handle that chip. AIOs are generally reserved for CPUs that actually need that kind of cooling.
Totally agree! Air coolers are way more trustworthy.
