Hey everyone! I recently installed my GPU and connected its power cable, but I'm confused about what to do next. My CPU has a power wire with one 8-pin connection, and it also splits into two additional 4-pin connectors. Can anyone guide me on which cables to plug in? Thanks!

Just plug in the 8-pin connector for your CPU and zip tie the other cables out of the way. That should do the trick!

It's important to plug CPU and GPU power separately. For your GPU, if it's using a 16-pin cable and requires a specific connection from your PSU, make sure to match it correctly. Use the 8-pin only for your CPU and hide any extra cables if they aren't needed. You'll be fine!

Thanks for clarifying! Just wanted to make sure I don't mess anything up.

I recommend checking the manuals for both your GPU and PSU. They usually provide clear instructions on which cables to use for your setup. It can save you a lot of trouble!
