Hey everyone! I'm putting together my first PC with an MSI MAG A750GL power supply and an MSI B650 Gaming Plus WiFi motherboard. I'm a bit confused about what PSU cables I actually need, and where they connect. Any guidance would be hugely appreciated!

I understand the struggle! I've got a few different cables too. Just to clarify, you might need to connect the ATX 24P cable and the 12V dual 6-pin for the GPU. Check if you have extra slots on your PSU for CPU and PCI-E, and use those cables if you need them. The 8-pin CPU cable is typically necessary, so if your board has two slots, you might want to use both, but one should work just fine.

Thanks for the clarity! I was worried about using too many cables, but it sounds like I should be fine with what you've suggested.

For your setup, you’ll need a 24-pin cable for the motherboard and an 8-pin cable for the CPU. That's pretty much it unless you're adding extra components. The manuals that come with your motherboard should help you figure out where these cables plug in.
