Hey everyone! I'm looking for advice on choosing a power supply for my PC that will be future-proof. With the rapid evolution of GPUs, I'm concerned they might start consuming more than 600W soon. What wattage should I consider, and do I really need more than two 12V-6 pins? Appreciate any insights!

Honestly, unless you're planning on a dual 5090 setup, an 850W power supply is more than enough for most users. It's a solid investment! I found a really good one here: [Montech Century II 850W](https://pcpartpicker.com/product/sqbypg/montech-century-ii-850-w-80-gold-certified-fully-modular-atx-power-supply-century-ii-850w).

But even with 3 or 4 cards, won't the consumption still be around that range?
