What Remote Support Tools Are You All Using Lately?

I'm curious about what everyone's relying on for remote support these days. We've been using NinjaOne for the past year, and personally, I really like it and haven't experienced any issues. However, I've been suggested to check out alternatives like AnyDesk, Splashtop, and GoToMyPC, so I'm wondering if anyone has used any of these tools and if they recommend sticking with NinjaOne or making a switch. Would love to hear your thoughts!

Having tried many tools, NinjaOne is more user-friendly than AnyDesk and Splashtop, especially for RMM tasks. Everything’s centralized, making management a breeze. The alternatives just seem pricier for the same features!

We're still on TeamViewer Corporate, which was great with perpetual licenses, but it's a tough transition moving from free options to anything else. It feels like a gamble to switch to a paid service right now!

Honestly, NinjaOne is pretty solid. Fast connections and excellent remote command support. If it works for you, why not stick with it? It's really user-friendly compared to the rest!

I totally agree, I've got around 300 endpoints with NinjaOne and I think we should just keep it longer. They’ve got some great features!

I've used BeyondTrust Remote Support and also recommend BeyondTrust Privileged Remote Access. They both offer great features for a range of remote support needs. Really helpful for larger teams too!

NinjaOne has a fantastic remote access agent called Ninja Connect. It works well with Splashtop too. I also use Action1, which has a straightforward desk tool. It might not have the glitz of others, but it handles the job well. Plus, you can try it out with 200 free endpoints, which is a big plus!

Yep, Action1’s free trial is a great way to see if it fits your needs! Just keep in mind its focus on patching rather than being a full remote access tool.
