I recently had the 135mm middle fan on my Bequiet Dark Rock Pro 4 die, and I'm looking for guidance on suitable replacement fans. Does anyone know which fans will fit the same mounting holes for the clips? I've had a hard time finding clear information on this.

You definitely need to replace it with either an identical fan or a slim 120mm x 15mm fan. Standard 120mm fans are usually too thick since the space between the towers is less than the usual 25mm. I've seen some Bequiet 135mm fans on Amazon and Newegg, but they’re more industrial and not as quiet as the original. It might be worth reaching out to Bequiet support to see if they have replacement options, or you might consider going with something like an Arctic P12 Slim PWM or a Scythe Wonder Tornado Slim.
I think you could swap it out for a regular 120mm fan since the clips appear to be the same. Just double-check the sizing to be safe!
You should be good to go with any generic fan, but just keep an eye on the thickness. It’s thinner than the typical fan, so make sure to check that before buying.
