I recently discovered that my Discord was accessed from Turkey after running a suspicious program that opened a command prompt but didn't seem to do anything at the time. It appears the program was a cookie stealer. I've already deleted it and cleared my browser data on Opera GX, including cookies and saved logins. I'm currently changing my passwords as well. Is there anything else I should do to secure my accounts and recover from this situation?

The best course of action is to reinstall your operating system to ensure it's completely clean. After that, make sure to back up your important files and change your passwords from a secure device that hasn't been compromised. Just be cautious when doing the backups to avoid bringing any hidden malware along with your files!
Also, consider doing a factory reset if you're not up for a complete reinstall. Just make sure you keep your personal files safe!
Definitely enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your accounts. This adds an extra layer of security, making it much harder for someone to access your accounts even if they have your password. Just a heads up though, avoid SMS for 2FA since it's not the most secure option.
Absolutely! 2FA is a must these days. Just beware of using SMS, try an authenticator app instead!
Yeah, if you suspect your system is infected, wiping it clean is definitely the safest option!
